Our studio space is built for fun exploration and supportive discovery—no pressure to "perform". We create and learn with joy first. Techniques come much later.
Our creative learning studio is located inside St Matthew's Lutheran Church - 3668 Ridge Rd, Perkasie, PA. Our space is cozy, and seats are limited to prevent over- crowding, so please register early!

Colorful and Creative Art Explorations!
We strongly believe in nurturing creativity and curiosity in every child. Our creative learning studio offers unique hands-on learning opportunities that we call "Explorations" that are student-led, and teacher-guided, and specifically designed to encourage inquiry, self-expression and social skills through play, storytelling, art making, and STEM activities.
Who We Are
The Art Explorers Club is a division of The Art Oasis (Mobile Paint Parties) and are based in Perkasie, Upper Bucks County PA. Our kids' classes are facilitated by a mother-and daughter team who between them both have over 30 years of child development experience. We would love to meet you and your child at our next creative exploration!

In The Art Explorers Club, we believe that artmaking is about more than skill - it's about fun first! It's a simple tool for self-expression, creativity, and exploration of the world around us.
Our approach is easy-going and centered on the individual needs and interests of each child. We strive to create a fun and supportive learning studio that encourages exploration, artistic expression, social connection, and creative, innovative thinking.

SUMMER Explorers: Extended Session! (Age 3 - 5)
Come and join us in exploring & celebrating SUMMER!
Come join us for some hands-on, screen-free summer fun!!
*7 weeks starting July 1. Ages 3 - 6. 2 days (Tues & Thursday) - 9:30AM - 12:30PM
We will be reading and telling adventure stories, playing games, making new friends and most importantly, making some amazing summer art! From surfboards, to sharks, flamingoes and tropical fish - there is a brand-new adventure every day! Each session includes access to our book nook, play kitchen, "surf shop", sensory tables, science table, planetarium room and more!

Does your child love to draw and paint (or wants to learn) but feels unsure about getting started? Are you looking for a more structured yet fun way for them to build confidence in self-expression?
Join us for a 6-week guided drawing/painting adventure, where young artists will explore our world using a simple process based on the Monart Drawing Method—that breaks down drawings into easy-to-follow elements. FUN Friday Paint & Play! Family Create-Together!
Our Fun Fridays are our Family-centered drop-in "create together" Art Days! Come and create with us! FRIDAY MORNINGS: 10 - 11:30AM
Parents. grandparents or caregivers can spend some fun, creative time with your preschooler and other new friends. Miss Lauren & Ms Barb will lead you through a different creative adventure each session that include story time, art time, free play/social time and some other fun surprises!
Our creative studio and projects are best suited for children ages 3 and up. Younger siblings are welcome to join us but will need to be supervised carefully as there are materials, games and toys in the room with small parts. Older siblings are also welcome to join us! Spots are limited to prevent overcrowding so pre-register today!

Homeschool & Afterschool Programs
Our homeschool & Afterschool programs are designed specifically for encouraging a sense of self-expression while learning and strengthening creative skills. Emphasis is placed on process rather than "product".
We offer a wide variety of art-based activities for kids and teens age 5 and up: canvas painting, personalized tote bags, inspirational art, collage, ceramic & wood projects, art journaling, book making, jewelry making and more.
Appropriate for kids and teens age 5 and up. Barbara, our lead instructor has a background in working with children on the autism spectrum and can provide a 6 to 12-week inclusive curriculum of expressive and sensory-based activities and processes for all ages and types of learners. Lauren, our assistant instructor has more than 10 years' experience working with children and is currently working on her Elementary Education degree.

Our art-based Explorer's Club and Play-based STEAM preschool program (coming fall of 2025) is led by Miss Lauren (an experienced preschool teacher & tutor with more than 10 years of experience) and Miss Barb (Former homeschool mom, preschool classroom assistant, author & recreational programming designer/coordinator.)
Our enrichment programs provide a warm and supportive environment for both you and your child to bond, express your creativity, and explore our world together while promoting their important developmental milestones!

Classes & Activities for Every Age & Stage:
Tiny Explorers: Ages 2 -3 - (Mommy & Me) - We explore language and the senses through storytelling, songs, "loose parts" play, collage and processed-based art. We encourage gross motor skills, hand/eye coordination, color and shape recognition.
Preschool Explorers: Ages 3 1/2 - 5 - (Mommy & Me) - We explore themes through story, sensory, "loose parts", collage and processed-based art. We refine fine motor skills, hand/eye coordination, color and shape recognition, social skills and self-expression.
Little Explorers: Ages 6 - 9 - We expand skills and explore everyday themes through basic concepts of lines, shapes, simple figures, patterns, symmetry and color mixing with different materials and mediums. Self- expression, and social skills are reinforced.
Creative Explorers: Ages 10 -12 - We explore creative themes as we refine emerging skills. Sketching with more detail, different paint techniques, materials and textures, perspective and proportion, introduction to art history/famous artists.
Adventure Explorers: Ages 13 - 15 - We explore ways of refining techniques & developing a personal art style. Refine techniques such as drawing and shading, art styles and movements, digital art and more complex and detailed projects.
Oasis Explorers: Ages 16 and up - We explore our mastery of techniques, mediums and personal voice in art. Creating a cohesive body of work, advanced concepts (anatomy, color theory and composition), portfolio development, exploring/critiquing contemporary art and trends.
Homeschool Explorers: All ages and adaptations to a variety of themes.
