ALL of your staff can participate in a creative workshop no matter if they have previous skill or not. We bring all the supplies and materials and guide the entire process. We can customize projects and designs to your company or group or arrange for a virtual workshop if need be.
*Project selections include canvas, wood, ceramic or glass options. Rates start at $35 per participant for a 1 1/2 to two-hour on-site workshop and includes all supplies, materials set up clean up material prep and guided instruction.
Flat rate 1 hour live virtual, and pre-recorded options as well as customized Paint Kits To Go are also available and can be JUST as fun! We can work within a small business budget to find a solution that works for you!
We've worked with early educators, special and elementary educators, medical and EMS professionals, as well as hospitality, salon and wellness professionals.

Barbara Gini is your go-to Creative Guide & Coach who is on a mission to enliven and infuse some fun into tired, dry and lifeless staff development workshops. She along with her daughter have founded the Art Oasis based on the idea that art brings us back to ourselves and connects us together in spite of our differences.
She's a former elementary educator and has been a service-based (hospitality) business owner for more than 20 years (up until 2020) and understands the ins and outs of operations, managing staff, and serving customers while trying not to burn out. (You could say she's been there, done that, and then painted the t-shirt!)
Barbara also has more than 20 years' experience as a wellness educator, including with a focus on self-care and stress management. She has additional experience as a recreational arts program developer and trainer, most recently developing the E.A.S.E™ Skills Program - (Essential & Applicable for Staff Excellence).
Now, she uses her acquired knowledge, diverse experience, her superpowers and her love of art to help small businesses organize fun, creative-based workshops for team building, skill building, customer appreciation and company celebrations.
